August, 19, 2007 - Tomato and Pepper Tasting - We are hosting a Slow Food event - a tomato and pepper tasting extravaganza! If all goes according to plan, we will feature over 60 varieties of tomatoes and peppers, all grown right here at Lindencroft Farm, as well as a chili-roasting demonstration. People are encouraged to bring a bottle of good locally-produced wine, and we will provide a selection of appetizers featuring Lindencroft produce.
